My right arm has been really weak since Saturday. I can lift it, but it just feels so... weak, I feel I have to support it when I lift things out of cupboards and such.

My arm was really painful after I woke up on Saturday, and it also kinda hurts my back as well.

I might see a doctor soon, but can anyone give suggesstions of what this could be? Have I pulled a muscle? Is it a nerve problem?

hmmm have you bumped it or got some injury the day before or so?
have you visually checked to see if there is something like a bug bite?
as said above it could be you bumped it and hit a nerve
id tell your mom or dad and see what they say

I was doing a bit of weight-training on Friday. Mainly jumping squats with dumbells, I don't know if that has anything to do with it, though.

You might have pulled a muscle which led to something damaging your nerves. The exact same thing happened to me a while ago, except with my leg. It was numb like that for about a day, but it was fine after that. If it doesn't get better after a day or two, I'd see a doctor.

If you have tingling and paralysis at times its possible that you have damaged the ulnar nerve , ulnar nerve is an arm nerve running from the shoulder through the elbow to the 4th and 5th finger.. its known as the funny bone as it passes the elbow joint .. this nerve can be damaged or strained through minor stress on the arm which can lead to inflammation, its very weak and unprotected by bone or muscle..

hope that helped lol =D

Everybody else here has given good advice and I just want to add that it may have had something to do with how you slept that night before.

However, its probably just growing pains :) Well, It sounds like what you're describing, happens to me now and then.

Maybe you strained it.
You were lifting weights.
