Ok, hmm, I'm in a weird situation... It's probably a problem but it doesn't affect me really.. Anyway, for about 2 years, I don't have apetite at all. I just don't need to eat. I don't like food. I never ever have breakfasts nor lunch. Rarely dinner and it's usually rice or something. Rice, chicken and fish is only food I like. Sometimes I don't eat at all for a week, I don't feel tired or hungry though. When I do eat, I get full in one or two bites. I can't even eat a sandwich because it's too much. I don't drink milk or eat anything with milk either. Usually I drink about 3 liters of water and about 1l of green tea every day. And that's it. As I said, I'm doing good so far, but I'm just wondering if any of you feel the same or... I don't know. Also, I need about 3 hours of sleep every night and I'm fine for the rest of the day. Today I went to bed at 2 am and at 5 am I was up, showered... and well, registered here... now I'm here :D Anyways, I'm confused... I wonder how am I alive at all as I don't eat or sleep...
And sorry for english, I hope it's ok :P
Oh and my BMI is 21.5 which is great, I'm not really skinny or fat... but proportional :P

Poker Face, I think you should start eating more. Because you're only fifteen, your body is still developing; therefore, you need to eat a HEALTHY BALANCED DIET!

Careful, mate!

I advise that you visit a doctor. There could be several things playing in to your lack of appetite and it's best that you get to the bottom of it.

Hi Pokerface, welcome to VT:D
I understand that you rarely have an appitite but it is realy important that you start eating proper healthy, and regular meals, you may not feel the consiquences of it now, but i promise you, sooner or later you will! I know its not your fault but i really recomend you going to see a doctor or your GP about your situation, they wont push you to start eating full size meals the same day, they will give you a diet which will be a healthy balanced one and will gradually get larger over a period of time.

but i really do think you should go and speak to someone, it really isnt healthy eating the way you are, as i said, it might not be showing now but in the future your body will really start to deteriate from you not eating habits..

if you need to talk or have any advice PM me :)

Maybe you have a slow metabolism...? That has nothing to do with it. He needs to go see a doctor.

^ i agree, you do need to go to the doctors, and i was thinking about it, you say you never really need sleep, and can only have 3 hours sleep some nights and be fine, but you actually need energy to sleep, which is why you cant sleep, you not geting enough of the nutrients that you need and not enough on vitamins, which is causing you not to have energy which is why your not sleeping, but it will catch up with you having this lack of sleep.. please just speak to someone before you get worse..

:) x

I have the opposite problem but I'm not fat so who cares. But yea u should see a doctor. Or maybe because you don't eat slot your stomach has shrunk. If you eat more and more every day then that might expand your stomach. If you get full after 2 bites, even if your full force a third bite. Then if then next day if your no hungry just have a little to eat. It might expand your stomach so you can hold more. Might work idk I watched a show on competitive eating and that's how you expand your stomach. Or eat slot of salad. That expands your stomach also

Eating salad actually shrinks your stomach. You need to eat things like protein, peanut butter, chicken, tofu, ect for your stomach to expand. When you eat things like lettuce, and other light vegetables, they actually condense during the digestion process, not filling up your stomach. This makes your stomach shrink. What you should do is start up a eating plan. Eat every 3 hours. Even if you aren't hungry. Have something rich in protein and calcium. Even if it's only a glass of milk. You need to have something. Your stomach will slowly get used to you eating more food, and you will be able to eat a normal amount. If this doesn't help in about 2 weeks, then go see a doctor. They can put you on a medication that will help your appetite increase.

Food can only expand your stmach when you force yourself to eat moer than your stomach shold be able to hold
