Maybe start to clean it more often, it might be a hassle but at least it won't smell. :)

Guy, surprisingly, is right. Make sure you're cleaning the inside with water and soap every day. You need to clean under the skin (providing you're uncut) because that's where the smegma is and that's probably what's making it smell.

Just DONT try deodorant there.
