How acute are these things that you're seeing?
By this, I mean... do you just think someone's in the house, or can you actually see someone there that other people can't see?
If you know you're hearing voices in your head when you're alone, it's quite a safe bet to say they aren't real. "Real." Which is to say, they aren't actual people talking to you, but generated by your own mind.
It's definatly time to see a doctor.

i always have voices in my head, almost all the time, not me or my own thoughts, just voices, telling me to cut, telling me to take pills,a and i do it. when im alone, i see people, but when im in the street with in the living room with family its just voices, and no else can hear or see them, but the people aren't there all the time even when im alone, but the voices are always there

I'd say go to a doctor before those voices go too far. If you're seeing things that others can't see, they probably arn't real. Its just they're convincing you that they are, and because you can see them you believe them even more.

If you are worried or concerned, I suggest you go to a professional. They'll be able to tell you the real deal.
May I remind you that conditions such as Schizophrenia and Personality Disorders of the sort are so rarely diagnosed in children and teenagers. Almost all the time these are only diagnosed within people who have fully matured and developed mentally in adult years.

yeah the doctor i went to in march said. but reccently, say last 6 weeks, is when i actually see people and hear stuff. and its driving me crazy, cos they wont leave, even when i ask them to leave me alone, theitr always theirs, talking, telling em to do stuff. but the doctor said Schizophrenia is so rare in people who haven't finished puberty, its extremely unlikely i have it.

Schizophrenia isn't the only condition that causes delusions and hallucinations.
Up until now these have only been auditory, but with visual hallucinations/delusions added, that's a new symptom, and will likely result in a different diagnosis.
Seriously: seek help.
I don't mean this in a mean way. It's something your medical professional should know.

well we're moving to dublin on tuesday night, and my mums stressed out enough without me, and my sisters one of those people who if it isn't a injury visible on your body, like a missing limb or something, she doesn't believe it exists. she'll think im faking. their telling me to cut, their telling me to right now, and i haven't yet, but its getting harder and harder, and they wont shut up,and im not seeing anything but their so loud. its driving me insane

Unless you've been an habitual liar, or diagnoised with munchausen's, I can't imagine why your mom wouldn't belive you. I also can't imagine a mother in the world who'd be more concerned with her own stresses than with her child telling her he's seeing things.
You're worried about stressing her, and that's cool... but what if you have something that can be cured or treated now, but that will get worse later on? If you hold off on telling her for her sake, and it turns out treatment is too late when you do tell her, wouldn't that make her feel guilty?
Unless you have a horribly selfish parent, tell her! And tell your doctor.

There's a saying in psychology;
"If you think you have Schizophrenia, you don't."
If you are aware what you are “seeing” or “hearing” are hallucinations, then your mind is most likely playing tricks on you, you’re paranoid, or you’re just making this story up…
