Pre-Cum is clear and most times you will not notice it... There is no orgasm with it you wont fell it.

You're more likely to get precum if you're in a situation thats making you really horny but you're not in a position to be able to do anything about it. For example if you were watching porno but without jacking off to it, you might get precum then, you'd just notice a sticky feeling and if you checked you'd find some clear goo had leaked out a bit.

generally everyone has precum. Some people just aren't horny enough to make it, or they don't make a lot.

question 1: cum comes out at ejaculation/orgasm. Its usually white, greyish, or white yellowish.
Precum is clear and doesn't come out at ejaculation/orgasm. It comes out while your horny and acts as a urethra cleaner/lubrication, so you will notice it during your masturbation session (not at the end).

question 2: it is possible to cum without precumming. Many guys don't precum unless they're very horny. Some produce it easily.

Note: some precum probably gets released during ejaculation as a part of semen.

Pre-cum is clear and cleans the urine and other particles from the uretha. Cum is white or milky color that contains semen and comes out during ejaculation/orgasm. Many people cum with out pre-cum this is due to being not turned on enough or other reasons.
