Ok so i wanted to say soem stuff... :) Rant stuff maybe...

so i said no, she said go. im gone, i went to work early with my mum and was standing around the boss didnt say anything to me untill mum was in the kitchen (chef) then she is like "you did know i wanted u in at 6 right?" yes i say "oh ok"

pause. -cut- un-pause.

then she is like can u go to the supermarket? and i said no*. she looks at me, blank faced. "what?"... i say no, more quietly this time. Mum is looking at me as if i had cut her throat. "um... ok... this is hard. Go." i look at her. "go just go" "i need a min" she walks out. i stand there going "WTF?!?! why didnt i just say yes and suck it up? f**k!" <- in my head. she gets back, give me the whole "your mum is chef this is hard" i nod. then she goes on about how she picks me over other people to work nights, YET! ive seen the other girls (i am the only guy working there) on nights. they are fill ins for when i cant work, then this new girl comes a long and she is put on top, she works every night, while im still "first pick" says boss. BULL S***! ive worked what, one night in the past 3 weeks, pulling up 2 1/2 hours. WTF. why not just say to me, i dont want you to work. i wouldnt care then, but seeing other poeple working when i could be, or should be! its just bull!

* I cant go to the town supermarket, some of u reading this is probly going, what a di**head. i dont blame you. i cant go there, i cant stand seeing people from school, or even town people i know. its a thing, hide and break down. its hard going into a mall 3 hours away, coz i could still someone. a day planed out, turns into a 5 min shop and run. ! !!!! !!!! GRRURURURURURU!!!!!

-cuts- -throws keybaord-

That was a bit hard to follow.

But from the sounds of it, she should have at least offered to let you clock on, then go to the store for her. You are NOT obligated to go run her errands on your free time.

And it sounds like there might be some communication problems here. Why don't you ask her if the two of you can sit down and have a talk about it, ask what you've done wrong and how you can improve it if you're not fired, that's usually effective.
