iTouch applications

ok ive had my ipod touch since christmas 2008. now we got a new computer so i had to delte all my old apps and music i have all my music and i have all thesettings so it will upload my apps. but it says was unable to apply applications when its done syncing.... :( i dont wana call apple.... im not good with the phone people.... lol so anyone know how to help or know whats wrong?

When you plug in your iPod, right click on it under devices and click Transfer Purchases. That will work for songs/apps you have bought on iTunes, not for ones you ripped from a CD. It would have been easier if you backed up everything (to external hard drive, CD/DVD) before you got the new computer though.

well hm it didnt work..... and i purchased the songs from itunes and websites and stuff

uh and it says when i went through it and like it says its cuz they arent like allowed to be used on this computer? wtf?! and yet i purchased them on this computer...

- One question; Do apps work on the first version of the iTouches?

I'm pretty sure they do, as long as you have OS 3.0. (I don't know if that works on the 1st gen.)
