I think it is fine as long as you and your cousin are okay with it. It is really a matter of what you think about it though. You can't really dwell on the past, for you can not change your past, so accept what you have done and learn from it/move on.

well for one it depends. If your cousin is over the age of 18 and you are not, that would be considered illegal and wrong.

I'd say the opposite thing, I think that the closer you are the worse it is. Because cousins are techinically still family, however distant. Although if you arent close and the bond isnt so tight, then i'd say its ok.
