Ugh!
My boss is such a bitch. To the kids, the other counselors, everyone! Ugh! I hate her!
The kids are good (most of them anyways) and they enjoy doing the crafts but my BOSS is so STUPID.
Why in the world would you line up a group of 4-10 year olds in a line and then leave them there for 10 minutes?! OF COURSE they will get restless and start fooling around. Then you have NO right to get mad when they start fooling around.
Her latest stunt. Another counselor, who's an adult, was helping me with my group of kids. We had a group of 6, 3 five year olds, and 8 year old, and a 10 year old. I was working with the 2 older kids, and my helper was working with the 3 five year olds. 2 of the 5 year olds were having a little trouble with the craft. It involved beads and a wire, and let me tell you it was HARD. For me. And my boss got PISSED that we had to help the younger kids so much. She ended up taking the crafts away from them and had them do scratch art instead. Didn't matter that they were almost done....nope. She took them away and put them back into the package. Jesus, why?
Ughhhh, there's so much more that's she done but I don't feel like typing it all out.
