Are business's Not allowed to hire you because of scars? I've got an interview soon... was just wondering?

Scars shouldn't stop you from getting a job, nope.

I'm not sure the rules in England, but here there is a special law in place that they cannot hire on basis of sex, pregnancy, martial status, race, or any other things. It is strongly discouraged to use scars and physical looks as basis for hiring, unless you're applying to be a stripper or a Hooter girl or something. They shouldn't have a problem with it unless you're bleeding all over the place or disturbing the customers.

but some might just make you cover them

It shouldn't stop them from hiring you but some people will not hire you if they see them. They will think it could cause problems for the future, If I were you I'd cover them up just incase.
I actually think it could be the same principle as when you have a tattoo on show. My friend wasn't hired because he had a tattoo on each wrist.

They shouldn't stop you from getting a job, however it could decrease your chances of getting a job a hell of a lot.

Businesses will think that these will cause problems for the future (such as pre-judgement of your behaviour in the workplace and the way co-workers may treat you) and that you personally aren't really suitable for the job and that you're aren't a particularly stable person. I know it's harsh but it's reality.

It's a very good idea to keep them well covered.

Ya it SHOULDN'T prevent you from getting the job but if I was you I would try to keep them covered, just to be on the safe side. Good luck with it Aaron!
