Well... not for them to be bigger than each other, but one usually hangs down lower (which makes it look bigger) to keep them from being squished.

yea, its normal for one testicle to be noticably larger than another like you would be able to feel it but as said b4, if its abnormally bigger then you definitaly need to go to the doctor.
