Have Bad Acne? If you circled YES then i can HELP!
My Story:
Hi, my name is Robbie Dixon (age 14) and im a 8th grade student. I'm in my last year of middle school, and i have bad acne. My acne is all over my face, back, and chest. I really wanted to get rid of my acne, and with my methods, i did just that. Although it did take about three to four months. I Did get rid of most of my Acne, but sense im am still in the 'Puberty' stages of life, it will be a while before i get rid of it all. Links That Will Help You:

Warning:
Do not use any other products when using my method... it could lead to verry dry skin.. remember, you have been warned.
Steps To Clearer Skin:
Step One: Use the Equate Skin Cleanser - GENTLE FORMULA to cleanse your skin.. Be sure to use a liberal amount of this product.. as too much of it will lead to more dryness then is needed. A good substitute to this cleanser is CereVe (im not sure if i have spelled that correct). This product can be used on your whole body.. NO INTER BODY USE...
Step Two: When you Exit the shower, dry off your skin... I don't think i could mention this enough. Leaving water on your skin will dry you out, causing your skin cells to produce oils that cause Acne... If you don't dry off your skin well, i recommend you getting a OIL FREE lotion.
Step Three: Grab the Epiduo Gel and apply a small amount to your cheeks, chin and fore-head. You can apply this to your chest and your back as well.. Also, don't use to much of this product.. Only use it once a day in the morning before school, or in the afternoon RIGHT AFTER DINNER.
Step Four: Take a pill... I can only tell you what i do here, but ask your Dermatologist about Aduxa. Take one pill after your dinner.. if you take this pill on a empty stomach then you will get sick and want to throw up. You've been warned.. Also this pill stops the reproduction of Oil in your face when it needed..
