I have found out I have smegma. Can this kill me, or is there any surgery, if I have sex can I transfer it to my partner? I just found this out so I have a lot of questions about it.
One more thing, this seems to be found on people who are uncircumsized but I am circumsized, not recently, when I was born.

I'm pretty sure if you just wash it off it'll be just fine.

I find it hard to believe this is a genuine question, but to give you the benefit of the doubt of course it wont kill you. Surgery would be a little extreeme, they'd have to cut your penis off mate!
You need to wash more often, end of.

Girls get smegma too, so it doesn´t really matter your smegma would mix with girls smegma while having sex. I still recommend washing it everyday.

It isn't life-threatening. Smegma is supposed to be washed off. It can't really hurt you.

From the title of the thread I assumed smegma was some kind of life-threatening illness. Your response had me cracking up. :P

Smegma is simply a natural lubricant that if builds up can create nasty smells and sometimes infections. Just pull back your foreskin in the shower and wash it off, you should be fine. Don't let it build up. Smegma occurs on everyone, circumcised or not. It's just more of an effort to wash it off when you're not circumcised.

NOT TRUE, something as little as smegma won't cause any problems, it may just smell and look odd, just give your penis a wash when in the bath or shower, use soap and get the underside too - many guys miss that.
