Drug Taste???

ok, u may not understand this, or you may be wild about the posts... idk. its kinda odd, but i assume this can heppen to other people??? idk thats what i was thinking about my mental crisis thread... turns out it was popular. but this is different... i hardly ever use the drugs forum... so um here it goes:

this probably sounds stupid, but um... is it possible to be able to taste drugs if you've NEVER been any where around a drug in your life? like, sometimes i get a funny taste in my mouth and im like "ugh thats the drug taste..." cuz i always think that taste tastes like drugs for some reason and i've NEVER even been on drugs, so why do i think thats what a drug tastes like?

It's not possible to taste drugs if you've never been anywhere near them.
I don't know why you think you know what they taste like though :S

And try not to feel bad about posting in any of the forums here. We aren't judging you for it so try to be a bit easier on yourself about it.

its just like, idk.... its sound stupid, eh? i know... its weird... lol.... ill never do drugs, but idk about this thing. its like morning mouth usually idk why i think of it like drugs.

If it's the morning breath type of thing that you are relating with how drugs must taste then it could work on a sort of "this is awful and drugs do awful things to you so it probably tastes very similar/the same"

i no exactly what you mean. i have the exact problem. i disagree with sheilla it is possible. some ppl just know this type of stuff.

It is possible to taste a drug, but of course if you have never had any experience with the drug then you probably won't know what drug it is or be a 100% sure it is a drug.

For example - If you got your drink spiked in a club, you may be able to taste something out of the ordinary, but you would not know for sure what it is.

However I do not see how you are tasting drugs, if you are not anywhere near them, so chances are your have another cause of the taste.
