Short of breath

Lately I've been finding it hard to breathe properly. I've been feeling really short breathed and my breathing is heavy. I also keep gasping. I did it all weekend. I was wondering if this is just stress or something else?

I am stressed. Getting exam results, worried about so many of my friends, trying to stop cutting and get help (mum won't phone for appointment at counselling). Its all getting a bit much.

I'm not actually that worried about it, more so just curious....

Yeah, that or a mild case of asthma..?
Humidity does that to me.

I have had asthma since I was 6 months, and I always advise someone with ANY trouble breathing to get it checked. Even if in the end you just have a cold thats blocking a tube in the lung etc etc (forgive my poor terminology), this is just where I know what asthma can do, my dad once had such a bad attack he was given a DOA - dead on arrival-, but he managed to pull through it. So just get it checked out incase, that way IF you do have it you can get the meds and hopefully touch wood that it does not, but should you ever get an attack so bad, you can help stop it/prevent it.
