ok so my best friends i like her, she gets a new boyfriend fast and every time i want to ask her out she gets a new boyfriend i am nervous to ask her because i don't want things to awkward if she doesnt like me and i don't know what to do. i would never forgive myself if she liked me but i don't want her to feel awkward when we hug :|

I would say just keep her as a friend, until you're older, and it means more. remember, friendship is more important than having a girlfriend.

if she's a close friend you can break the news slowly
me and my best friend (who happens to be a girl) do that sometimes...but for us it works in wierd phases....like she'd be attracted to me for some wierd reason and by the end of the week she'd be over it and a week later i'd be attracted to her. Then if we're seeing someone, the other would be jelous that they are devoting all thier attention on that person...etc
dating w/ best friends can be tricky...but if she is honestly your best bud...you can break it loosely
oh...and that akward feeling during hugs....thats not her feeling awkward...its you feeling awkward...but don't worry everyone deserves hugs, some more pasionate than the next

depends on your level of friendship
if you guys have been really close friends for over a year... you can just say "listen...don't laugh but i think like you" or something cheesy like that
how ever you do it...DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE YOUR BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS HER!!! (after you tell her)
She is your best friend and best friends can share intimate info with each other...ussualy (dude, i get DISTURBED OUTTA MY MIND by some of the stuff i hear). But anyway, break it out to her...don't make it dramatic, don't seem too nervous...just be loose and be yourself, thats what your best friend likes in you so don't go full blown crazy

ask her when your older because if your friend likes her dont ruin it just be persistent about her just act obsessive (like that ke$ha song) and he'll maybe give you the points and give up (it worked for me)
