We are both 14(str8 but curious) and have never been sexual with anyone else ever so we dont have stds or anything like that. we showered before we did it and he spit it out and washed his mouth out right after

There's not much risk if you're both clean, ie. have had no other sexual partners of any kind. I cant imagine why anyone would want to suck on a condom.
