Yes its completely normal, but I don't think its for the reasons above necessarily. Its just natures way of getting you to flush any left over semen out of your penis. Even if you dont really need to take a leak (because your bladder is not full) you may still feel the urge to do a tiny piss. I get that all the time.

well im no expert but i dont believe cum and urine can ever mix at any time. so it may seem as if it is clearing ur urethra out but not technically. i always piss after i cum, so its definetely NOT something unusual. it does feel kinda good time, usually, its about seconds after i cum do i have to piss.. :-)

Yes, it is completely normal! The reason behind such actions is because when you reach climax, your muscles are contracting to extinguish semen, including such muscles which control your bladder. As these muscles contract, your body unconciously tells you that you have to urinate because some urine has entered the urethra, but your erection is preventing you from urinating. Therefore as you loose your erection, you will feel the urge, and most likely will need to urinate. Due to masterbations nature (the simulation of sex), your body could also be telling you to urinate to decrease the chances of a urinary track infection via body fluids that could have entered your urethra during sex.
