is it uncommon to just get a random bonner? i get them a lot. i will just be sitting in class and BAMM it just popps up. and i am kinda embarrised because is some see that i have one. that could be deadly. i was just wondering is i could do something to stop this or if this is normal. this has happened for about a year and a half now.

if i get a random one, i start thinking about sumthink totally random like chocolate or sumthin and it just goes, also try to go to the toilet a couple of times whilst ur @ skool or woteva as it reduced the risk of getting one.

don't worry it is normal, but as i have said in the past to people seeking help, embarassing yes, but be thankful you have them because oince you get old, it wont be happening as much as you would want(w/o medicine ofcourse)
