a catch 22 trigger

i've come to find that being here and reading everything makes me trigger really badly,
however if im not on here reading, i get really down and out and therefore. trigger.
so im in a real catch 22 situation, do i stay away and feel depressed alone, and if i do put myself in a silly situation have nobody like me at quick response, or do i come on here, read and make me trigger, but try and use will power not to.
oh dear. does anybody else have this problem?

Sometimes I feel that way too. But my advice would be to get some people you can talk to and get their email, aim, msn, or whatever way is best for you to communicate by and talk to people that way. That is quite unfortunate. If this triggers you, I suggest you stay away. But if staying away makes you trigger eventually too, maybe these forums aren't what will best help you out. Sorry.
