Some like to say we're all alone here,
Some like to say that we've lost the fight.
I like to say that our chance has finally come,
I like to say that they've only lost sight.
A boat full of hopes and dreams
Is all I've got left here today.
For some reason I feel no need for more,
For some reason I'm ready to sail away.
Raise anchor for I'm ready to leave this place,
I long to find a place to be alone.
I'll bid my last farewells to you all,
Tomorrow I'll be in a place all my own.
I'll hang my heart up on high on the mast,
Set a blaze to the fragile little token of misery.
I'm aiming for a distant land where it's not,
A land with no memories of you and me.
