Orange Pay as you go

I really need some help!

I was on tesco network, but i decided to change over to orange, dolphin pay as you go. I top up £10 a month, meaning i'll get 300 free texts along with some other free stuff.

It got changed over at about 11:15 this morning. The worker just put a new sim card in. She then also topped up £10. Now, for some reason, it sent me a text saying how free texts come through with-in 48 hours, but the amount we've topped up is £0.

What do I do? Is there any number I can press to see how many texts I have left? I tried 453, but that didn't help. Also, will the texts come through? Please help!

150 for contract Orange phones, 450 or 453 (one ofthem) for PAYG (:

And I would soooo so so so so so so adivse you not to have gone onto Dolphin rahter then Tesco!!! Only becuase Orange contracts are so shitty (I am on dolphin right now), and with Tesco, you top up by 10 and they make it 20, 15=45, 20=60. So they GIVE you extra money! I find that deal SO much beter and its on PAYG so there is no contract to it either!
