Hiya, I don't know what I'm expecting or posting this for, seeing as I never really post for help, but lately I've been having some of the most violent mood swings.
I don't even know why, everything is just pissing me off, I violently shout back at my parents, got in a fist-fight with my dad last Monday, and getting into arguments with my friends for no reason, and being an absolute stubborn asshole.
Every little thing just irritates me right now, something not working, making plans with friends, mother fucking criticizing me.
/endrant.
What causes me to have mood swings like this? And no "male PMS" jokes, please. That gets on my nerves. >_>

to be honest it's just your hormones im like this as well even the getting into fist fights with me da (he won) don't worry too much about it just try and keep it to yourself that's what i do or get a punching bag, take a walk as my granny always says "good manners cost nothing."

probably just hormones playing up. most people get that. I got so stressed out because a game i installed kept crashing that i turned around and punched a wall, several times, hard, and I was screaming at my mother earlier, i've hit my own friends because of the most stupid things before now. Just growing up, nothing to worry about really.

Maybe. And, lol. Bit like me lately, eh? I don't scream at games, but this laptop kept freezing yesterday, and yeah, I gritted my teeth.
I don't know how it's hormones, though, I understand for girls. But...

lol guys are rather more prone to these violent mood swings during puberty because your body is getting all shot up with testosterone. Get used to being a raging fiend lol. There's a reason teenage guys [well, teenagers in general] have such a bad rap.
Find some calming techniques that work for you, maybe talk to a counselor about managing your anger. It's not gonna go away because it's just a part of growing up that we all live through but you can learn to control it.
Good luck :daisy:

Thanks.
And ahh, yeah. It's not really usual of me, though to be honest, I'm not a violent guy that gets in fights. It's just a sudden change lately. I mean, I feel fine right now, but just randomly get angry at.. anything. Another example would be my friend (a girl) that asked someone his "P" size.. I honestly don't know why it got to me. I hadn't been up long, sure, but yeah.
I haven't did any "damage", though, besides the fight. (which I lost ¬_¬)
