Well, I don't know what you mean? Why are you asking if it is right? If you measured it and it came at 6.1, then i'm guessing you're 6.1.
I think the average penis size is 5 and a half inches or something. I'm not 100% sure, but I know it's around that :)

Well, you want to use a measuring tape because most penises are curved and a ruler won't do. You need to get an erection, then you measure from the base around the pubic area to the tip. This will be done along the top of the penis. If you have fat there you need to push it in and then measure. Hope this helps! Plus, five to six inches is in the normal average.
