Running, walking, swimming, bike riding, squats, press-ups & sit-ups.

You can also buy Dumbbells. HERE (http://www.argos-sports.co.uk/mall/departmentpage.cfm/Argos/70057) are some good exercises you can do with them :)

Cardio is good for losing weight/staying in shape. That's the stuff that gets your heart going. Walking, running, jogging, having sex, skipping-rope skipping, swimming and riding your bike.

And as for building muscle and abs, do plenty of things like squats, jumping squats, push-ups, sit ups, chin-ups.

Look up an online exercize regime if you need guidance.

Also, a balanced diet is good. Loads of fruit and calcium-based foods/drinks are important, but protein and even a little fat is helpful.

It won't all happen in say, a week, but if you do this, you'll stay in shape and gradually build more muscle and even a six-pack.

I'm in boxing. That's the way to go. Building muscle, exercising, eating healthy... All of that requires discipline. If you don't like people telling you what to do, or talk back, I don't recommend it. But just remember, it's their job, and they're trying to help you.
