Lube isn't illegal to people under 16. You can use...idk just lube. I don't know any personally, but you can get something that you can buy off a shelf in a supermarket.

Yup, it's not illegal for minors to by lube! You can just walk into the drugstore and buy it! I'd recommend KY jelly for personal use, and WET! Platinum if you're with a partner (they effect condoms differently).

Veg/olive oil and vasilene are okay... but they can break down latex condoms, so I don't recommend improvised lubes if you're with a partner. If you're soloing, then that's fine.
