2.buy proper lube
3.use water

Water is very bad lube in my opinion.

hot sauce

I you really want to be secure about what kind of lube you're going to use, buy it in a pharmacy. They are made for that and you won't be worried about it.

Well they are all types of things you can use for lube beside those commercially made.

Most of the have been mentioned her already but I will list them all on one list.

Baby oil or lotion,
most hand or body lotions
Vaseline or petroleum jelly
cooking oil
you can use your own precum
spit also works well

You can mix any of these together to make a good lube.

Don't use vaseline - or any oil based lube - with condoms for sex, as the oil in those lubes weakens condoms and causes them to be prone to breaking which equals baby and stds for you
