Every teenager develops at their own pace. You are 14 and still young, you'll get underarm hair, as well as chest hair, in time. Nothing to worry about there. A lot of boys do feel uncomfortable talking about these things face to face, so you're not the only one. I can't really help you with erections. Every boy does get them.

Everyone develops differently. You'll just have to wait until you get your underarm hair. Also, lots of guys and girls feel uncomfortable talking about things like this because they're concerned that others are developing faster than them or started developing earlier than them.

Welcome to Life.

Your only 14, = very young.
Means also that your very hotch potchy in the puberty areas. By that I mean that you'll be developed in some areas, and some not at all. So do'nt worry, hairs a weird thing that will spread and even out eventually. :)

Also with the boners, normal. It happens when your in the middle of puberty. So don't worry, they'll pass. :) Its all in time. Time, Time.

Well there isn't a problem. Everyone grows differently. And about face-to-face, I'd do it, but I am also a little uncomfortable. Everyone grows differently, like I said. I got my first underarm hair when I was nine, and pubes when I was eleven or ten. Not quite sure. But still, everyone grows differently.

Well, it depends on when you started puberty and genetics. I think I got armpit hair around sixteen, and I started puberty at thirteen. It all comes in time, usually, mate. Don't worry, everything will be cool.

Yep, welcome to puberty! lol :D. But, everyone changes at a different rate. I'm 14 and I have hair practically everywhere :(. And the random boners are due to the massive increase of hormones.
