Can stress or coffee inhibit my growth? If it does, what can I do to prevent it? I really canīt stop my stress, because other people make me stressed. I drink 5 cups of coffee in a day, is it too much?

Coffee is nice to have, but it's very addicting. I don't think stress and an addiction to caffeine can inhibit growth.

Iīve never really been addicted to it. I can go even a week without it and feel no withdrawal at all, but I usually have 5 cups a day.

Well, Iīve heard that stress and coffee can inhibit your growth.

Well, I don't know exactly.
But it doesn't seem plausible to me.

Well, how much do you drink coffee and stress? And how long have you been drinking it? How tall are you?

I've drank coffee for about a year now. Maybe a cup a day on average. I get really stressed from my family and other assholes.
I'm 5' 11".

Heh, I thought you didn't use the metric system in the states. It's ironic becuase we use it here in England but I only know my height in inches. :P

As far as I know, caffeine only inhibits growth if it stops you sleeping but I could be very wrong on this. No clue about stress though. :?

Stress has been thought to have caused problems to the development of children and adolescants, but more often mentally. ie, they dont develop higher convorsational levels etc... coffee however is highly unlikely to have any effects, my only concern is if you take sugar, Diabetes could be on the cards in 40 years.
