i'm starting to find it hard to last for more than 15 minutes while have sex with my girlfriend. the first time we had sex, i guess because it was something new, i lasted for about 30 - 35 minutes. but ever since my minute duration has been decreasing. does anyone know any 'tips-or-tricks' on lasting longer? maybe using a condom? i heard it reduces the feeling a little bit.

you can try pleasuring her in a different way. you don't have to keep doing the same thing for that long. she may appreciate the change. besides, it's not about endurance or a stop watch mate. she's with you, that's the only important thing to keep in mind. if you love each other, then things will happen naturally, be it after 30 minutes or 3. so throw away the stop watch and spend quality time with her.
