Couldn't find a thread like this so I though I'd create one.

Post what you're reading!

I just finished a fantastic book, The Rapture by Liz Jensen. It's about a psychotic girl who murdered her mother who is able to predict natural disasters and eventually the apocalypse as well as her therapist who has recently been confined to a wheelchair after a car accident which left her lover dead. They're turning it into a film now too apparently.

Next on the list, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Steig Larsson.

I'm currently reading 'Last Light' by Andy McNab, I absolutely love his books. Also currently really into any books by Chris Ryan; he writes in the same genre as McNab.

Planning to re-read the LOTR trilogy sometime, also looking to get through the Harry Potter series as well :)

The Memory Keeper's Daughter by Kim Edwards

It's about a doctor being forced to deliver his wives twins because of a blizzard. The son was born perfectly but the daughter has down's syndroms. He sends the nurse to take his daughter to an institution, but the nurse disappears into another city to raise the baby as her own.

Idky but this book speaks to me;
probably because i'm deeply moved by children with health problems or mental conditions.
