Is it possible that you are simply not used to it at the moment, and are being just a bit too rough?
Otherwise it could simply be that that spot is sore for one reason or another, and that if you give it a few days, the tingling will recede.
If it is uncomfortable, and lasts for an extended period of time, however, your best bet would be to see a doctor just to make sure things are going okay down there.

Common symptoms of prstate cancer are: difficult time urinating, low pressure while urinating, blood in urine, blood in semen, swelling in your legs, pain in the pelvic area, etc.
I am thinking that your penis is just really sensative and not really used to it. Probably like the first time you masterbated, it was a little uncomfortable. You should just take it slow, and even use lube. If you have "exercised" and almost "conditioned" your penis to the point where it should no longer be sensative, and the pain persists, I would see a doctor.
Hope this helps?

I would really get it checked out by a doctor. Any answer we give you likely won't cure your uneasy mind.

If it doesn't go away, get it checked out. You don't want to have any problems down there for the rest of your life. :)

If the tingle gets worse after about a week have it checked by a doctor. And this pain wouldn't be related to prostate cancer, I think.

not prostate cancer.
It's just like say, not playing a trombone for a month then picking it up and trying to play really high notes, can be painful.
Or running without stretching.
I suggest "warming up" before going back to your old ritual.
