At least to my knowledge there isnt a female puberty mod and since it isnt just male puberty, there should be at least one in case a girl has a private issue and doesnt want it to display where the whole community can see and can simply PM the female mod, as someone they can trust as an "authority figue."

We do have a female counselor that anyone can PM anytime about anything :)
