OK so what do you like to cook? Do you have any "signature" dishes?

Mine would be lasagne and pies. I cook a mean chicken pie.

My signature dishes are my pasta sauces (tomato based ones, a few cheese based ones), some soups, a nice mild korma, a good pucnhy Thai green curry, pastry and also Chinese food (I've been told I do a good egg fried rice with sweet and sour chicken). All of these were learnt from the chef at the kitchen I used to work in :)

Hmm, well most people know me for the cookies I make, but give me a recipe for any pastry/baked good and I can make it up.

I guess especially cinnamon rolls as well.

Well it's not really a dish, but whatever.

Mine has to be fruit smoothies. I can make the craziest of them! They all taste awesome as well. :)

But any of my signature dishes are left up to my creativity and a freakazoid imagination. I end up making desserts for Christmas many times, they are all so random! :P
They were still yummy though.

Cheesy potato soup :)

Peel and cup up some potatoes bite size pieces
Cut some onion in bite size pieces
Cut RAW bacon into small chunks (don't cook it first... it goes in raw)

throw all in pot. add just enough water to cover ingredients. Cook till potatoes are nice and tender. Add a small bit of milk (just like 1/4 cup, depending on how much you cooked) and stir in a package of sliced cheese - DONE
