So what was the last item of food that you ate?

For me:

Main: Rice drizzled (heavily) with soy sauce
Meat: none
Drink: Water

This is usually a simple lunch for me. Sometimes I'll have a salad though.

As in "ate": The food must be chewed AND swallowed, unlike gum which is usually chewed and thrown away. (Just to keep everyone wary :))
