Don't know where this goes but PLEASE PLEASE HELP im worried. [Archive]

Okay, my brother is 12 years old, he is very small/skinny, he eats but not alot and he eats like chips and stuff and is very picky about his food, he doesn't think he is fat or anything and is obsessed with being skinny, just a very picky eater and doesn't like the way "healthier" tastes, now he has spent his whole summer playing WoW, and eating junk food and normal food from time to time, now he is in shape and all that so didn't think anything would happen to him, im kinda chubby so i go get physical activity but i thought since he is skinny/young and all that it doesn't really make a difference. Okay, well there is more, he has been staying up till 6:AM aand stuff and one time like 11 am in the morning and sleeping all day, i did that a few times but got back on track, now the other day our cousin was over he is 15 btw, and they stayed up really late playing WoW in my room, but my cousin fell asleep at like 9 in the morning, i wake up 12:30 in the afternoon my brother is still up playing WoW on my computer and i watched him play till like 2:30 and we talked and stuff, then he went to sleep, woke up at like midnight and his whole schedule was messed up. Then for the last few days he says he has felt "sick" has not slept much at night, only slept all day and he hasn't been on WoW for 4 days and that is like his favorite thing to do, im worried because usually he wouldn't stay away from that long, he doesn't eat healthy and i havn't talked to him in forver, i don't know if he is getting into puberty? because im going through puberty and im tired alot and sleep in alot, but his seems a little extreme? and he is sleeping right now and its 12:52 AM and i don't know when he will wake up, my mom is taking him to the doctor cause she doesn't think its right, like tonight he got up at about 10PM grabbed some food ate it (half asleep) whent back into his room and kept sleeping

And i know drugs arn't part of it because he is terrified of drugs, i don't know whats wrong with him and im really worried, can somebody please tell me what they think is wrong? like i said my mom is taking him to the doctor, but im worried, what if he has something? something bad? im just worried its my lil bro, he is usually all happy energetic and bugging me, now he hasn't been and its worrying me, so someone please respond. And please respond as fast as you can, anyone that reads this please PLEASe comment on it.

Hey there!
No need to fret.

As long as his eating habits haven't changed, there's no need to worry there.

To the 'whacked out' schedule bit.
You (Meaning you and your family) needs to help him get his sleeping schedule back on track. That is the reason he feels sick, most likely. (Unless he's like uber-sick, then there's something wrong...)

The human brain likes repetition in it's schedule. As long as he gets a sleep schedule (Doesn't matter what times he's awake/sleeping), but as long as it's repetitive, he'll start feeling better.

Also, I have personally found, if you tend to sleep longer than 10 hours in a 24 hour period, repetitively, you will feel sick.
