Lump on the side of my neck..

Hey, getting kinda worried i know im probs over reacting but ive had this like ' lump ' on the left side of my neck for a few months i noticed it and thought it was just a fatty lump but its grown in size and i can move it around, its not solid because i can grab it and the skin around it. its under the skin so i dunno if tht helps.

I cant figure out what it is and i am wanting an appointment from the doctors but i am just consulting VT bout what it culd be

I have one of those behind my ear and its apparently a lymph (sp?) gland but I think you better go to the doctors to get it checked out.

It could be cystic acne, I had this a while ago and got some kind of antibiotics which cleared it all up. If it is consider yourself lucky, the best kind of acne is the kind nobody can see.

I'd get it checked out just to be sure.

A lump of the neck can be several things from - cyst, gland, tumor, bite, reaction to something, fatty deposit etc.

Asking on the internet is all good to find information but since there is probably no one with the relevant degree in medicine on here you should not take the advice as certain, go get checked by your doctor.

Mmm I have one of them on my arm. I've not been the doctors yet but my parents think it's a cyst. Either way, if it's a lump, it can be removed.
