Right, so I am looking for stuff that is easy to perpare, tastes decent, and is not very messy to cook for like, lunch, dinner, whatever since I am often at work when I need to eat dinner and I don'te exactly have a full kitchen. A. Don't say cereal. Come on. Really? But ya, what do you like to eat on the go or something very easy to make?

Get some slices of bread, some slices of cheese, and some red sauce (pepperoni and salami if you want). Make pizza sandwhich. (heat up if possible).

The only worry would be portability of red sauce... though you could just pre-make it and then heat it up?

Well if you have a toaster, make Toaster strudels.

Simple. Fast. Tastes good.

This would be a perfect thread for a Food Forum..

Meh.

I make pasta.

I make cheese stuff (cut up cheese, butter, and a small amount of milk)

I mix in the cheese stuff.

I put it in a container.

I eat.

Speaking in terms of healthy meals or snacks that I've taken to work in the past...

Fruit salad is always quick and easy, just get fresh fruit of your choice and mix it up after slicing.

And I agree with Rex on sandwiches... you can get pretty creative and do what you want with them.

Sliced apples + Peanut butter = rawr!

Carrot and celery sticks with a bit of ranch dipping

We have one of those George Foreman electric grills and it makes the best toasties (toasted sandwiches) ever. I usually do ham & cheese (no need to grate the cheese). Quick easy & yum

Warm chicken salad is lovely and tasty.

All you have to do is leave the raw chicken in the fridge to marinade in a sauce over night or during the day.
You can buy pre-made salad to make this all a bit quicker.
Then all you have to do is griddle or fry the chicken.

Some think that sticking the chicken in the oven for a few minutes before griddling/frying traps the taste in more.
You can use tortilla wraps to bulk it up a bit.
Also makes a nice packed lunch or something similar.

Something quick and easy is just poached eggs and beans. Eggs are really hard to poach in a pan but you can get these like, special poaching pans that work really well!

Poached or scrammbled eggs on toast, either are lovely.

Its really easy to poach an egg in an ordinary pan. Bring some water to the boil then turn the heat down really low. Break the egg into a cup. Now the secret that makes it work is to stir the water in the pan to create a whirlpool effect then tip the egg into the centre of the pan. Put a lid on, wait 2 minutes, no more or its ruined, and you have one perfect poached egg. Lift it out with a slotted spoon.
