When was the first time you told someone you self harm?
Do you ever feel like people are staring at you if they do what do you do back?

I can't remember how I told the first person, but she is a VERY close friend and does it herself... URm... Then I told another mate who I didn't know he did until I told him and he said he did too... and my parents recently found out through reading my texts on my phone to the two of them :/

Im good just a little bored lol. Some of my friends s.h which can be quite awkard sometimes because not many know.have you stopped or trying too?i really bad when it comes to tests because all the eyes freak me out :)

I always feel weird sitting near people I don't know. And I can only sit close to friends and some family members.

The first people I told were two of my best friends, when my other best friend was in a raging war with me and it had me quite distraught.
I've known that some people cut and they don't know I know, so it has been wierd because I wonder if they are seeing the signs in me that I cut. But I never worry too much about it.
I worry all the time that my dad will see. Most of the time it is in an area he won't see, but when I've done it in more noticable area's I worry all the time.

I have been trying to stop. I have done 45 days alltogether in my non harming calender, but my streaks are 9, 3, 31, 3. It is 3 today on this new patch. I am getingg there slowly though...

When I caved the other night, I was down,but also I didn't want to break the one month barrier into the second month, as to me it seems like such a bigger drop... stupid i know...

It's so easy to tell what they're thinking by the expressions on their faces. I don't give a flying fuck though, they can think what they want, it's not going to change or bring me down.

I'm pretty much used to it all now. I've experienced people constantly showing a judgemental attitude towards me for at least 5 years now. It's a part of my life I have to accept.

It used to get to me so badly, now I just don't care.

It depends on where I'm going.

If it's somewhere like the mall, supermarket, restaurant, cinema, beach or when I'm on vacation then I leave them showing.

If it's somewhere with friends or certain family members then I cover them up, I feel really awkward and quite horrible when I have them on show for them to see. Surely they don't want to see that I inflict such pain on myself.

I think that people are very weary when they see cuts because they automatically assume that you will do in public or stuff like that. I dont feel comfortable around friends and family even if they do know

when i did first tell someone i self harmed - i didn't, the teacher in PE forced to wear a short sleeved t shirt, so it was fairly obvious.


Do you ever feel like people are staring at you if they do what do you do back? - yeah all the time when im in town or in the bus sometimes they call me freak, weirdo emo, etc. i either ignore them, insult them back, or if they're being giant arse holes, they earn a punch in the mouth(like one guy told me to jump off a cliff cos i didn't deserve to live if i did such a fucking weird thing, his words)

i did, up until like a month ago, then i just decided if people didn't want to see it, they didn't have to look. i know yeah, there were loads of people wearing long sleeves(it was like early january) and he didn't make them. its always just random people like on the train or bus. upsets me a bit people judging me before they know me

Yeah random people go up to me and go"omg what happen to..." and they just go on and on just to be mean and i hate it so much. Even my teachers dont do that to me there like i know so i wont make you.
