Just wondering if anyone had a dramatic inccrease in their penis and testicle size at a late age....around 18...I haven't developed in either areas in a long time...i have alot of pubic hair around my testivles but just a little on top of them

Usually people at 18 wouldnt be experiencing dramatic change in penis or testicular size but if ur saying that you've never really grown too much down there, some people continue growing through puberty till their 21 so you may not necessarily be finished up yet.
