So, when I check my pulse, the second heart beat is always kinda weaker than the first. It beats in a rhytm, whick goes like strong, weak, strong, weak and so on.

Is this normal?

Where are you checking your pulse at?
If you're checking it on your neck, are you sure you're not mistaking this weak pulse for the blood finally reaching your fingertips?

I check it from my wrist and sometimes I can feel my heart beat even without trying. Those both feel the same.

K then.
Are you also sure it's a actual 'pulse' and not just the pressure in your blood vessels dropping due to being in between actual 'pumps' of your heart.

I would have thought this is normal.

During one beat of the heart, it goes through two different cycles, I forget the names. One of them draws blood in from your body and sends it to the lungs, the second brings it back down from the lungs and then sends it to the rest of your body. I would have thought that it would be normal for the two cycles to feel like they have a difference in strength.

I have a feeling I may be wrong though, wait to see what Sam says, he's good with this kind of thing :)
