Hey i have a problem, i really want to talk to this girl but dont know what about. Please help.

start off by saying hi when you see her at school. then start to find out her interests and talk about stuff you have in common

just talk to her and become friends. Once you hit that mark, your done about 1/2 of the work

Just say something like "hey you see what happened today during biology?" or just say something to her, and if she ignores you, then she might not like you.
