The head of your penis is very sensitive skin and you can have a powerful orgasm without ejaculating but at the same time feel pleasure.

Yes definitely normal. You may not be far enough into puberty yet to ejaculate. And the head of the penis is very sensitive, thats why it gets red/sore.

Totally normal dude. Mine is the exact same way. That is how it was made. Your normall in the head(get it, its a simple pun on words. Ha HA........ never mind)

You're probably still early for puberty. As you start puberty your penis will start becoming less sensitive, and plus you'll start ejaculating, or at least pre-cumming.

Yeah, mine did that when I was younger too. Now it's not as sensitive and when I jack off I tend to focus on the upper shaft and head =]
