i have this happen sometimes, it doesnt happen very often, but i think it is a snall piece of lose skin around the hole ( i cant remember the proper name for it :P ) but it could also be the forskin covering it.

it might happen after ur j/o because leftover semen is still in the urethra and might be blocking it, and its good to piss a lil wile after j/o to clean it out like taht. also, after u wake up uve been rolling around in ur sleep and may have been lying on ur dick a lil in ur sleep so it mightve moved around the skin temporarily and made u do that.

ok i occasionaly have that... what happens is the tip of ur penis is blocked a little bit.... so instead of looking like this O it looks like <><> because its stuck in the middle... just kind of slightly make it one hole again.... it might be from the stickyness of ur cum closing it like glue. you may have a bit of skin grown over, my friends brothers ureathrea was higher than normal so when he was a baby he got it adjusted, that could be what you have and the surgaru has now warn off

ya that happened to me...and yeah i started laughing casue it was kind of funny but i looked in my penis and there was some skin in it and i just took it out and im all good now
