GIRLS - If I see a girl with little breast buds does it mean she must have pubs?

Absolutely not. Every girl developes differently. Some girls get breast buds a full year before they even get pubic hair, vise versa.

Both previous posts are spot on. Everyone grows in different ways at different times. So one girl may have pubic hair and breast buds, whilst another wont.

Everyone is unique in their own way and develops differently as well.
There is no correct order for puberty as everyone is different.
Puberty can began for people at a very young age and some may not start till they're in high school.
It can also deal with your mother and when she started showing signs.
