Well, if you looked at a guy from behind, remember that guys parts are very temperature sensitive. So if it was warm, then the scrotum would hang lower and you'd see that, and depending on how aroused or hot it was, you might see a bit of the penis, too, b/c it hangs lower before it gets hard, and it hangs lower when it's hotter out.

But mostly, you'd see the back/underside of the scrotum.
