Okay so.. I eat normal. Sometimes i dont finish my dinner but thats not the point im going to, Im 14 and about 5'9'' and 51.5 kilos. (113 Pounds). I try gaining weight because I know i am really underweight but every time I eat something I never seem to gain any weight.. Im even having McDonalds 4 times a week now! jk. but still. Does anyone have this kind of "Problem"? Could it be that my metabolism is too fast? Any Advice?
Thx in advance

It sounds like your body does have a very fast metabolism, and this could be why you seemingly can't gain any weight.

If you are looking to put on some weight, eating Mc Donalds isn't the best way to go about it lol. Whilst yes Mc Donalds does contain a lot of calories, it also contains a lot of saturated fats / salt / sugar, all of which can harm other organs in your body, not just cause you to gain weight.

"To gain weight and be healthy, you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right types of exercise." Quote from http://nutrition.about.com/od/dietsformedicaldisorders/f/GainWeight.htm

Well there are some high calorie shakes (in powder form) in the Dietary section at all grocery stores that are specifically designed to help you gain weight.

David's got this one, Nils.

As long as you are eating properly, then your weight is a relfection of yuor energy consumption. I'd recommend against doing anything like loading up on needless and empty calories/fats in order to gain unnecessary weight.

If you want to bulk up, I'd suggest working out to develop your muscles, which will give some definition to your physique, which is what it sounds like you're after.

I'm 6' 1" and 175, btw, so I can identify with what you're saying here, yet if it's muscle mass, it really looks OK.
