Photos in the raw

OK a few photos of ducks I took today, first time I've tried shooting in RAW. For some reason the resulting jpgs after photoshop are much smaller than if I shot them as jpeg to start with. Perhaps someone will explain that to me? Anyway, some ducks:-

Could be a few different things:

- The resolution that the RAWs are shot in

- The program you use to convert the RAWs to JPEG (I'm guessing that you're using PS)

- The export settings in PS or the program you're using

Good shots though Nick, second one is my favourite :)
