What is wrong with me?

i keep experiencing:

I am experiencing:
confusion <- rarely happens.
memory loss <- only recent events.
feeling like I'm going to faint
detatched from reality, or "unreal"

and no i've never done drugs, and i dont drink.

My docter said i had vertigo, but it doesnt sound like vertigo, because i dont have dizziness..
I've had bloodwork done and he said everything was fine..

The doctor is a professional though and has examined you, and has based an opinion of you having vertigo.

The doctor might not be right however it may just be a phase that will pass eventually, I know its not something nice to deal with but if it continues you could go back to the doctor, and if you want another opinion you could ask to see another doctor.

and i think you should avoid to much stress
