I woke up this morning and felt all depressed for no reason whatsoever has anyone else had this expeirence before?

Yeah it used to happen to me all the time. Its not a big deal as long as its only a few days at a time.

Happened to me a week ago,it kinda a sighn for depression but probably nothing major.
